Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA–Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) held a Meeting and Socialization of the Equalization of Perceptions of the Faculty PAK Reviewer Team as well as a Technical Presentation on the SIM-PAK Application (Lecturer Questionnaire Assessment Information System) online on Friday, April 8, 2022. This activity was attended by Prof. Dr. Madlazim, M.Si and Prof. Dr. Budi Jatmiko, M.Pd., SIM-PAK PPTI TEAM.
Apart from the two presenters, Prof. Dr. Sarmini, M.Hum., Vocational Director, Head of General and Finance Bureau, UNESA lecturers and staff, UNESA SIM-PAK Development Team, Legal and Civil Service Working Group Coordinator, Central SIM-PAK Operator and Faculty (Employment Management).
Head of General and Finance Bureau Dr. Sulaksono, S.H., M.H, in his remarks said, PO-PAK 2021 and the equality of perceptions and SIM-PAK at UNESA are getting more perfect. Practices regarding SIM-PAK Unesa who are able to facilitate online and credit scores can be proposed for academic functional positions which are intended to be gradually delegated to head lectors and submitted to the chancellor.
"It was also mentioned that the readiness of human resources and internal assessors to prepare UNESA as soon as possible to carry out a kind of national BAK team selection with the same perception and discussion results were also sufficient and able to conduct BAK independently for expert assistant and lector levels," he said.
On that occasion, Prof. Dr. Madlazim, M.Si conveyed about the general standards of PAK, equalizing the perception of the PAK reviewer center and the 2019 PO-PAK construction plus revisions. The second material was delivered by Prof. Dr. Budi Jatmiko, M.Pd., who conveyed about the PAK 2021 rubric, academic promotions or lecturer ranks. Finally, the PPTI TEAM explained SIM-PAK which will integrate lecturer data to fulfill the 2019 PAK plus revisions or the upcoming 2021 PAK. [UNESA PR]
