Unesa.ac.id, Surarabaya-Ramadan is a month full of blessings that Muslims always await every year. This holy month becomes a madrasa in improving self-quality and as a momentum to stimulate the spirit of sharing and empathy with others as has been done by Dharma Wanita Persatuan Universitas Negeri Surabaya (DWP Unesa) Subunit Head Office at LPPM, Rectorate Building Unesa Lidah Wetan, on Wednesday (5/05) / 2021).
The sharing program is in the form of distribution of parcels to all security units, drivers, and cleaners around the State University of Surabaya. There were about 162 parcels that were distributed on that occasion. According to Ida Sulaksono, head of the Unesa Head Office's DWP Sub unit, the activity is planned to be held regularly every two months. "This is a form of appreciation for the performance of our brothers and as a form of our kinship in Unesa," he said.
In addition to the distribution of parcels, this activity was also filled with online religious lectures through a zoom-meeting by Ustadz Ali Misbaqul Munir with the theme "Nine Hidden Things" which was followed by sharing sessions or questions and answers from the participants.
Dra. Hj. Endah Purnomowati Nurhasan, M.Pd., as the Chairperson of the Unesa DWP who was also present at the event reminded her to always maintain your health and adhere to health protocols. "I just want to remind fathers and mothers and to myself to always comply with the health program, maintain a clean and healthy lifestyle, and exercise regularly," he ordered.
"Physical activity and a healthy lifestyle are useful for boosting immunity. Since it is a holy month, most importantly we fill this month with worship, positive and useful activities to increase faith. If our faith and immunity are good, God willing, our body and soul will also be awake and healthy, ”he added. (Public Relations of Unesa)
