Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA-In order to strengthen the relationship, Dharma Wanita Persatuan Universitas Negeri Surabaya (DWP UNESA) held a halalbihalal which was attended by the board of directors, members and great women as well as representatives of UNESA officials. The event took place at the Postgraduate Auditorium, Lidah Wetan Campus, Surabaya on Tuesday, May 24, 2022.
The Chairperson of the Committee, Fitri Syafi said that the purpose of the activity was to strengthen the relationship between the management and all women at UNESA. In addition, it is also an internal strengthening in various fields so that it will be better in the future. “The theme this time is interesting. The women of the UNESA DWP are Smart and Skilled and Beautiful in Ethics,” he said.
Chairperson of the UNESA DWP, Dra. Hj. Endah Purnomowati Nurhasan, M.Pd., said that with this internal strengthening, the women who are members of it are not only a support system for the organization, but also support campus programs as a whole. "We are not only a companion for husbands, but also must continue to be strong, creative and contributing women," said the wife of Cak Hasan, UNESA Chancellor.
As a presenter, Dra. Sri Haryudhowati said that in carrying out their duties, husbands need support from their wives. Therefore, the ranks of DWP must continue to improve the quality of assistance to their husbands. This can be done by paying attention to how to dress at every event, how to eat meals to how to behave and communicate in important events.

How to dress, behave and communicate must represent the principles, strength and authority of self, family and organization in general.
