Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA-The first batch of Computer-Based Writing Examination (UTBK) for State University Entrance Joint Selection (SBMPTN) will be held tomorrow, Tuesday, May 17, 2022 to May 23, 2022. For participants who take UTBK at the State University of Surabaya (UNESA) please pay attention to the terms and conditions of the test on the 'One Step Ahead' campus.
Test Location
Head of the UNESA Admissions Unit, Dr. Sukarmin, M.Pd., explained that in terms of numbers, there are around 22,140 participants who will take the UTBK test at UNESA. The number of participants was divided into 23 exam sessions. There are two exam sessions every day. On average, each session was attended by 1,065 participants. He added that the UTBK at UNESA was held in three locations.
- UNESA Tongue Wetan Campus. There are three buildings that are used as the test site, namely; (a) the Library-Training Center or the left and right wing of the Rectorate Building, (b) the Faculty of Education (FIP) and (c) the Faculty of Languages and Arts (FBS).
- UNESA Ketintang Campus. There, the test venues were in the Faculty of Social and Law (FISH) building, the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA) and the Faculty of Engineering (FT).
- UNUSA Campus B (partner campus).
Test Terms and Conditions
Sukarmin added, for UTBK participants at UNESA, there are several preparations for the implementation of the exam that must be considered.
- Take care of your health and make sure you are in good health.
- Confirm the test location. Participants must really make sure the place for the exam is on which campus, in what building and in which room. This is to avoid wrong locations or other unexpected events.
- Make an estimate of the travel time from the place of residence or location of origin to the location of the exam to prevent delays when taking UTBK.
- Prepare the required documents in the form of;
- UTBK 2022 participant identification card.
- Diploma / photocopy of high school diploma / vocational / MA or equivalent and has been legalized or a certificate of being in grade 12 from the principal which is equipped with a recent color photograph and affixed with the school stamp.
- Personal identity cards such as KTP/SIM.
- Registered and have the PeduliLindung application to check vaccine certificates.
- Participants have vaccinated at least dose 2 as evidenced by a certificate and or scanned PeduliLindung barcode.
- For participants who received dose 1 vaccine, bring the ANTIGEN SWAB result of at least H-1 or can also bring a doctor's health certificate from a government hospital or health center.
- Implement health protocols; wearing a mask (a new medical mask is recommended), keeping a distance, avoiding crowds and washing hands or using hand sanitizer.
Conditions for Participants at the Exam Location
In addition to the exam requirements above, participants must also pay attention to the conditions while at the exam location. The provisions referred to are as follows;
- Wear loose, neat, polite clothes and shoes. Participants are prohibited from wearing T-shirts.
- Come to the location at least 30 minutes before the exam. Delays for any reason more than 30 minutes from the time the test starts, participants are not allowed to take the exam.
- It is recommended not to bring your own vehicle, especially 4 (four) wheels due to limited parking space. Participants' companions or introductions are not allowed to wait at the exam location.
- Participants must take a temperature check when entering the gate of the test location, the maximum temperature allowed to enter is 37.3oC.
- If the body temperature exceeds 37.3oC, participants are welcome to wait in the health room for observation by health workers.
- If during the exam you have a fever or respiratory symptoms such as cough or flu or shortness of breath/ sore throat, then do not continue with the exam and immediately go to the transit/health room provided by the committee for further examination whether it is appropriate to take the exam or not.
- Participants must wash their hands in the area provided by the organizing committee and keep their distance to avoid crowds at the handwashing area provided by the committee. Participants are encouraged to bring hand sanitizer. [UNESA PR]
