Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA - Of the total 39,776 participants who registered to enter the State University of Surabaya (UNESA) for the UTBK-SBMPTN 2022 route, a total of 5,158 of them passed through the official announcement of the Higher Education Entrance Test Institute (LTMPT) yesterday (Thursday, 23/06/2022).
"Congratulations to those who have passed. Furthermore, participants must prepare files and immediately re-register at UNESA. For further information regarding re-registration, you can check UNESA's official social media as well as the sipenmaru.unesa.ac.id page," said Sukarmin, Head of the UNESA Admissions Unit.
How to Re-register
For participants who pass, please pay attention to the following re-registration procedure;
1. Open the page http://sipenmaru.unesa.ac.id or http://sipenmaru.unesa.ac.id/simreg
2. Login to SIMREG UNESA or Login to SIMREG UNESA
Use test number as username and date of birth (format: YYYYMMDD) as password. Don't forget to select the test path (SNMPTN, SBMPTN, SPMB) then click the button: Login. If the login process is successful, the identity (test number and name) of the prospective new student will be displayed.
3. Filling in data completely and correctly or filling data completely and correctly
Via the link: registration, fill in the registration data, then fill in the data completely and correctly. It is recommended to fill in the sequential data according to the order in the menu.
4. Upload supporting documents or files
Upload files or supporting documents according to the type of file on the upload form. Make sure the supporting documents have been prepared in softcopy to facilitate the upload process.
5. Finalization of data or data finalization
The data finalization process is carried out after all registration data has been stored and is complete and correct data. If not, edit the data until all the data is correct. The data finalization process will lock your data so that it cannot be edited again.
6. Print proof of registration or print proof of registration
Print and save proof of online registration such as proof of registration, KTMS (temporary student identification card), and others.

There is still a UNESA entrance
For participants who have not been accepted through the SNMPTN or SBMPTN pathways, said Sukarmin, there is no need to worry, because UNESA is still opening the SPMB or independent pathways. In this route, there are four selection groups prepared by UNESA. What are they?
1. Non-Test Group or National UTBK pathway
Participants who have taken the UTBK and have not passed can use their UTBK scores to register again at UNESA. This pathway is intended for participants who already have UTBK 2022 scores. In other words, this pathway only uses UTBK scores and there are no more tests or exams. Participants may choose two study programs, both Science and Technology and Social Sciences.
2. Achievement Group
Unlike the non-test group above, this pathway is intended for participants who have achievements in a number of fields. Participants will follow a written selection (online), interviews and portfolios.
This achievement path consists of; 1) religious achievements (Islam, Christianity, Catholicism, Hinduism, Buddhism and Confucianism). For Islam, there are pesantren, tahfidz and MTQ routes. 2) sports achievements, 3) artistic achievements, and 4) leadership achievements. For participants who have excelled in these fields, you can take advantage of this path.
3. TMUBK Undergraduate and Applied Bachelor
Applicants for undergraduate and applied undergraduate programs can also use the computer-based UNESA entrance test (TMUBK). In this route, participants can choose two study programs, both the Science and Technology group and the Soshum group.
4. Disability Path
For participants with disabilities who have not passed the SNMPTN or SBMPTN pathways, they can follow the special path prepared by UNESA. Participants can choose two study programs, both Science and Technology and Social Sciences. "This is our commitment at UNESA for participants with disabilities so that they can develop themselves in higher education," explained Sukarmin.
SPMB Schedule or Independent Line
When's the schedule? So, here is the registration schedule for each group for the SPMB or independent pathway selection at UNESA:
- UTBK Non-Test Group. Registration opens on 24-30 June 2022. The results of the verification of the uploaded data will be announced on 3 July 2022.
- Achievement Group. Registration is open from 29 June to 5 July 2022. The selection will be held on 7 July 2022 and 11 July 2022. The results will be announced on 13 July 2022.
- TMUBK Undergraduate and Applied Undergraduate Groups. Registration opens on 4-13 July 2022. The selection will be held on 16-19 July 2022. The results will be announced on 23 July 2022.
