I was disappointed because I couldnt take the thesis exam last June but it actually brought its own wisdom to Rani Asmara M. Pd. At that time he chose to take part in the national level Achievement Teacher selection in Jakarta so he couldnt help but have to postpone graduating in October last year. However who would have thought that by following this 82nd graduation he managed to become the best graduate at the S-2 level. The woman who took the bachelor level majoring in Biology initially was a non-educational student. He studied in Biology in 2000-2004. Since joining the lecture bench the woman born in Yogyakarta has been active as a council in several practicums including basic microbiology animal physiology and limnology. During the four years of college he became a critical student with policies relating to academics. I used to protest when I was not allowed to add credits with courses that should be taken the following semester. However I still insisted on meeting the Chair of the Department of Biology at that time by bringing a university manual until finally I was allowed to add credit for the course said the woman who teaches at SMA PGRI 1 Mojokerto City. Becoming a teacher is a profession that has never existed in Ranis mind before. He must take the Act IV program to get an educator certificate. Finally until now he has taught in two places at once namely in SMA PGRI 1 Mojokerto City and at Al-Mutazzam Mojokerto High School. The different conditions of the two schools where he taught made him inspired to take research on creative thinking as his thesis. Not only is it a different place a different environment makes students motivation to learn at school different. This lack of student motivation makes me compelled to make learning interesting and not bound so as to increase student motivation and creativity explained the mother of two children. Although her educational background is non-educational there are many regional to national awards she has received. Starting in 2012 he received an award as a City Level Achievement High School Teacher in Mojokerto. In 2013 he again made an achievement as a City-Level Outstanding Young Figure. Not only that in the same year he won rank 4 nationally as a finalist in OSN Science Teacher. In 2014 he again won an award as a High School Teacher with Achievement from the city level to the national level. He recently won an award at the Teachers Best Practice Competition at the national level. Rini revealed that Unesa alumni are not inferior to alumni of other universities. Unesa Alumni can be more or at least equal to other well-known universities. We must not be discouraged. I hope as a teacher I should be able to further enhance creativity in learning and in conducting assessments. Now if we as teachers are already creative at least our students will also catch the spirit of their teacher. So they will also enjoy learning more and not feel pressured he said. (ulil / lina)
