It was the international program that was discussed in the meeting of the campus leaders 'homes of the champions' with the delegation of Tunku University Abdul Rahman (Utar), Malaysia on Monday, May 5, 2025.
In a meeting that took place at the Unesa Rectorate, Campus 2 Tongue Wetan, both parties discussed opportunities and potential cooperation that could be done in a number of fields and faculties.
Deputy Chancellor IV for Planning, Development, Cooperation, and Information and Communication Technology UNESA, Dwi Cahyo Kartiko said that PTN-BH-BH Unesa was transformed to continue to strengthen the quality, reputation, contribution and impact for Civita and the community.
"Unesa has a long history and good relations with various partners and universities in Malaysia. This cooperation with Utar further strengthens the good relations of Indonesia and Malaysia in the field of education," he said.
Professor of the Faculty of Sports and Health (FIKK) assesses that the cooperation discussed and explored can strengthen the transformation of Unesa has an impact, also supporting the strengthening of education in Utar.
Director of International Affairs, Asrori said that the discussion of cooperation opportunities in this meeting will be followed up in the form of an MoU that will be carried out in the near future.
"There were several collaboration programs agreed upon The activity of the guest lecturer, "said the lecturer at the Faculty of Language and Arts (FBS).
This cooperation will involve a number of study programs in several faculties, such as FBS, FIP (Faculty of Education) who will start the activities of international guest lecturers, then followed by other collaboration programs.
"After the MoU was signed, we planned to hold a guest lecture starting from FIP and FBS," he said.
