Unesa.ac.id . SURABAYA- Surabaya State University (Unesa) Opening the registration of new student admissions Master (S-2) and Doctoral Program (S-3) for academic year 2025/2026. The second wave registration has been opened from May 1 to June 30, 2025.
In total there are 59 study programs (study programs) offered. The details, 41 master programs, and 18 doctoral programs, spread across ten faculties; Faculty of Education (FIP), Faculty of Sports and Health Sciences (FIKK), Faculty of Language and Arts (FBS).
Then, Faculty of Psychology (FPSI), Faculty of Law (FH), Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Faculty of Engineering (FT), Faculty of Social Sciences and Political Sciences (FISIPOL), Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), and Pascjana Schools.
Sukarmin, Kasubdit Admission and Graduation of Unesa Students explained that new student admissions for the Masters and Doctoral Programs through several paths as follows:
First, the regular SPMB path that can be followed by all participants or the public. Second, the SPMB route fresh graduate is devoted to participants who are the best alumni or graduates or cumlaude S-1 and D-4 UNESA who graduated in periods 110, 111, 112, and 113.
Third, the SPMB Path of cooperation. This pathway targets workers, employees or professionals who want to continue their studies at Unesa. The lecture system is carried out on Friday -Sunday.
Fourth, SPMB by Research to accommodate participants who have the interest in the field of research, to continue their studies through research routes according to the expertise. This path is specifically for doctoral or S-3 programs.
Fifth, SPMB Fast Track Path. S-1 and D-4 students who enter semester seventh (7) can immediately take or connect S-2 college. Even, those who enter S-2 can immediately connect S-3 college.
For participants who register, there are several stages of selection that must be carried out, namely the administrative selection stage or portfolio documents and interviews.
"Entering Unesa, the learning burden for the S-2 program is at least 56 credits, while the Doctoral Program is at least 84 credits. If from the duration of the study, the S-2 program is a maximum of 8 semesters, and the S-3 program is a maximum of 12 semesters," Sukarmin explained.
