Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA-A total of 64 contract workers who have worked within UNESA took a psychological test on Thursday, January 20, 2022 at the 11th Floor Auditorium, Rectorate Building, Lidah Wetan Campus, Surabaya.
Head of the Psychology Laboratory, Satiningsih, S.Psi., M.Sc., stated that this is a step that must be taken to develop the potential of contract workers. These results will be taken into consideration in decision making and performance mapping.
In addition, it is also a potential development step and performance appraisal in improving the competence of employees. The test includes several aspects, namely, cognitive aspects, aspects of work attitudes and aspects of personality attitudes. The test runs for 4 hours.
The implementation of the test was guided directly by a team of psychologists from the UNESA Faculty of Education and a committee of Psychology students. It is hoped that the test will be a step for the staffing department in improving performance to meet the soon to be PTN BH. [UNESA PR]
