What needs to be considered is the quality and quantity of both research and publication in reputable journals. In journal publication, he continued, it is necessary to pay attention to the publication process and the quality of journal reviewers. Then, the next thing that needs to be considered is the quality of research writing and the use of writing ethics. Another thing that also needs to be considered is related to plagiarism in journal writing. "Now with the new rules, it is very strict against plagiarism," he said.
In addition, he also explained several failure factors in accepting professors and related to infrastructure for the development of higher education institutions. He emphasized that UNESA received assistance in the provision of infrastructure for the construction of the Sports Psychology building. The Sarpras supports the implementation of the Tridarma of Higher Education, especially in the Faculty of Sports Science. "So that we can increase the capacity as well as complement what does not currently exist, or upgrade existing ones," he explained.
UNESA Chancellor Prof. Nurhasan, M.Kes expressed his hope that the results of the discussion could be a motivation for the UNESA academic community in accelerating the submission and acquisition of professors.
