In his presentation, Mohd Badrol discussed in detail sharia court procedures in Malaysia, starting from the lawsuit and mediation mechanism. He also explained the role of evidence in sharia law, including witnesses, documents, and the use of technology in the trial process.

Dean of FH Unesa, Arinto Nugroho said that this activity was part of the faculty's strategic steps to equip students with cross -country perspectives in the study of Islamic law.
