Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA-A harmonious and warm working atmosphere is certainly one of the important aspects in achieving achievement. For this reason, a sense of brotherhood must continue to be fostered, one of which is through Halalbihalal events such as the one held by the Faculty of Language and Arts (FBS) of the State University of Surabaya (UNESA) at the Auditorium on the 4th Floor of Building T14, Lidah Wetan Campus on Thursday, May 13, 2022.
The activity was opened with the reading of the holy verses of the Qur'an by Muhammad Agus Miftah. In his speech, the Dean of the Faculty of Languages and Arts, Dr. Trisakti, M.Si said that this activity was intended to strengthen friendship, improve work ethic, and the achievements of the entire academic community at FBS to jointly oversee UNESA towards a Legal Entity State University (PTN-BH).
According to him, to create quality and achievement institutions or universities, you cannot rely on leaders or officials. However, it requires the support and cooperation of all parties. Together, that is shown through productive and innovative collaboration, it will certainly bear sweet fruit, one of which is an achievement.
“So that we can be collaborative, have a strong vision, strong motivation, we need to strengthen the sense of brotherhood. Words, speech or attitudes that may have hurt or offended we immediately corrected and we forgive each other. We are turning a new leaf and looking forward to better self-quality, more advanced and accomplished faculties and UNESA," he said.
As a lecturer, Dr. Moh. Makmun, M.HI, a lecturer at the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School (UNIPDU) Jombang on that occasion explained about the good value of Husnudzon in prejudice against God and fellow human beings. "Allah will not forgive the sins of those who disagree until they forgive each other," he said. At the end of the event, there was a prize drawing involving all invited guests.
The Halalbihalal activity was attended by around 200 invitees consisting of UNESA leaders. Bambang Yulianto, M.Pd., faculty leaders, deans, lecturers, education staff, cleaners, security officers and representatives of organizations around the faculty.

In addition to FBS, the Faculty of Sports Science (FIO) also held the same event which was attended by the leadership and the faculty's extended family in the U4 Building Hall, FIO UNESA, Lidah Wetan Campus. As the speaker of the tausiah, on that occasion the Ustadz, Dr. Mufarrihul Hazim, M.Pd. He said that human relations with each other are heavier than human relationships with God. Because, if someone does wrong to another person, then that person must get forgiveness from the person who has been wronged. "If you have not received forgiveness, then Allah will not forgive. Hopefully we are included in the group of people who are able to keep their words and deeds from evil," he said.
