100 students of the German Language and Literature Study Program at Unesa on Wednesday (6/18/2014) took the German Language certification exam or what is commonly referred to as ZiDS ( Certificate z ?? r Indonesische Deutschstudirende). The exam which lasts about 2 hours aims to certify the German language proficiency of each student and as one of the requirements for graduation. There are 4 rooms used for the exam namely the classroom on the 3rd floor of TBS-1 FBS Unesa Building.
There are 5 assessment criteria in this exam. First nicht bestanden which means you didnt pass. The second ausreichend or enough. Third befriedigen or satisfying. The fourth gut or good. Fifth sehr gut or very good. Students who get sehr gut scores will get another exam opportunity in Jakarta to get a scholarship to Germany.
The test which starts at 08.00 WIB lasted for 2 days. For the first day the material being tested included: Lesen verstehen (reading) H> ren verstehen (listening) Schriflicher ausdr ck (writing) and Sprachbaustein (grammar). This first day exam determines whether or not to pass because students who pass on the first day will be able to continue on the second day exam which is the M?? ndlich (speaking).
