Unesa.ac.id, Surabaya-Universitas Negeri Surabaya held a socialization of BTN program related to the housing of lecturers and employees online and offline, on Thursday (04/22/2021). The socialization aims to introduce a cooperation program between Unesa, BTN, and PT Oma Estate which is committed to provide convenience for Unesa academicians to obtain housing or home ownership.
Rector of Unesa, Prof. Dr. Nurhasan, M.Kes., in his speech said that the cooperation program that is currently socialized is expected to be a solution for unesa academicians who do not have a residence.
Nevertheless, it does not close the possibility can also be used for academicians who want to increase occupancy. "Through this program, we want to provide convenience and improve welfare for unesa academic community. Hopefully with btn program, Civitas Academica Unesa can get a dream home that suits your dreams," he said.
Harman Soesanto, as Manager of KCP BTN Surabaya explained, BTN as a partner of Unesa has the determination to contribute to the development of Unesa and encourage the welfare of all academic community. "Unesa has contributed a lot to BTN through a variety of cooperation, we want to take part also in terms of the welfare of unesa academic community," he said.
He added that this cooperation resulted in special programs offered to unesa academic community in realizing home ownership. "We refer to this as BTN Solutions, where this service program is specifically present for companies to meet the banking needs of companies and employees of the company, in this case Unesa," he added.
Sujarwati, as a representative of PT. Oma Estate also revealed, related to the program initiated, it has determined the location of residential development. The planned location is in menganti area on the grounds that the distance is not too far from Unesa.
In addition, Sujarwati also explained if the price offered in the cooperation program is adjusted to the types of houses. "The price we offer is not cheap, we will adjust. We guarantee we won't disappoint," he said.
On this occasion, also present offline, the ranks of Vice Rector, Dra. Ec.
