Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA–The State University of Surabaya (UNESA) received a visit from UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta at the Rectorate Building, Lidah Wetan Campus on Wednesday, January 12, 2022. On that occasion, the Chancellor of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, Prof. Dr. H. Amany Lubis, Lc., MA and his staff.
The visit was welcomed by the Chancellor of UNESA, Prof. Dr. Nurhasan, M.Kes., Vice Chancellor for General Affairs and Finance, Suprapto, S.Pd., M.T., Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs and Alumni, Dr. Agus Hariyanto, M.Kes., and the Chair of the Senate, Prof. Dr. Haris Supratno.
On that occasion, the two parties discussed efforts to improve the quality of education and develop innovations in the field of education. In addition, the two parties cooperated which was marked by the signing of the MoU on human resource development and improving the quality of the implementation of the Tridharma of Higher Education and PKM.
Prof. Nurhasan expressed his gratitude for the visit from the Chancellor of UIN Syarif Hidayatullah. "Honor for UNESA, which will soon become a PTN BH with 5 other universities. I am sure that UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta will soon become a PTN BH," he said.
Prof. Amany Lubis also stated that it was an honor to be able to visit and cooperate with UNESA. He hopes that this cooperation can have a significant impact on both parties. "Hopefully this collaboration will bring progress to each of UNESA and UIN Syarif Hidayatullah," he concluded. (UNESA PR)
