Every person definitely has strengths and weaknesses. During this time, it could be that many people only focus on their shortcomings and failures, even though there are many other aspects of their lives that have advantages.

From a psychological perspective, self-love requires a process that starts with changing your mindset, slowly accepting yourself, which refers to the process of self-evaluation.
Then, what about the Islamic perspective? According to Mufarrihul Hazin, loving yourself is part of the recommendation. Self love has a spiritual side where whoever does not know himself cannot know God.
He shares the steps in bringing out self-love within yourself. First, self-awareness, awareness of oneself by means of self-muhasabah in order to find out the competence that exists within oneself.
Second, self-confidence or self-confidence. After finding these two things, a person tends to be at the peak of happiness and does not easily compare his achievements with other people.
Regarding how to think positively about yourself, Qurrota A'yuni Fitriana recommends doing affirmations, namely giving words which is a positive suggestion for yourself. For example, "I am capable, I can, I am great, and I can do it".
At the end of their presentation, the two speakers invited young people to really be able to interpret and love themselves constructively.< /p>
