Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA – Carrying the theme “Discover Information to Achieve Dreams and Realize a Golden Generation of Achievements”, the Tuban Ronggolawe Student Forum (Formatrunesa) held a Motivation and Sharing webinar on Sunday, January 30, 2022.
The event was attended by dozens of high school/vocational/MA equivalent students throughout Tuban Regency, presenting Vinda Maya Setianingrum, S.Sos., M.A., Head of Public Relations of UNESA as a presenter accompanied by Jessy Vinika Agustin, Putri FEB 2020 as moderator.
The speaker who is a UNESA Communication Science lecturer explained that there are many ways that can be taken to achieve or realize goals. One of them can study in college.
"With the education system designed in universities and experts in their fields, we can learn to understand or explore various fields, including how to have the competencies needed this century," said the Coordinator of Sospro SNMPTN and SBMPTN UNESA.
He added, when students decide to go to college, choose a major according to their passion, interest and talent. One of the campuses that can be an option for studying is UNESA which will soon become a Legal Entity State University (PTN BH).
There are several paths that prospective registrants can take to join UNESA. First, the SNMPTN line with a minimum quota of 20 percent. Second, SBMPTN with a minimum quota of 40 percent. Third, SPMB or independent paths with a maximum quota of 30 percent.
Registration for the SNMPTN pathway is open until February 28, 2022. For the official conditions for registration for the pathway, participants can visit the official website of the Higher Education Entrance Test Institute (LTMPT).
For students who excel can try to register in the achievement track. At UNESA, several pathways are provided, including sports, arts and religious achievements. "Later, the brothers and sisters will show a portfolio of evidence of achievement and later will be selected," he explained.
In addition, UNESA provides several scholarships, including the Academic Achievement Scholarship and the UNESA Partner Education Scholarship. He hopes that students who hope to be part of the big UNESA family can prepare themselves in advance.
"Hopefully the hopes and dreams of the younger siblings to study here (UNESA, ed) can be realized," he hoped. “When you are in college, use your time as best you can to study and develop yourself. If possible, not only academically, but also balanced with non-academic competencies and expertise," he said. [UNESA PR]
