Unesa.ac.id. , SURABAYA—Bachelor of Communication Sciences (Ikom), Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (Fisipol), Surabaya State University (Unesa) held the 2025 Expression Exhibition: Exploration of Communication Science Works and Arts at the Atrium of GF Trans Icon Mall Surabaya, on 11-12 January 2025.
This activity is a forum for students to display various creative and applicable works as a form of implementing the theory learned during lectures. This activity was opened by the Dean of Fisipol, Wiwik Sri Utami.
The Dean appreciated the work exhibited by his students. According to him, this exhibition shows the readiness of Unesa Communication Science students to face the challenges of the world of creative industries.
"These works prove that our students not only excel in the academic aspect, but also have applicable skills that are relevant to world needs "Today's work and industry," he said.
The Coordinator of the Undergraduate Communication Science Study Program, Anam Miftakhul Huda, said that this exhibition is part of the implementation of the independent learning program which is intended to equip students with the necessary applicable skills. creative and industrial world.
Ikom students show work, which it is hoped will not only reach the exhibition, but will continue to be developed and used in the world of business and industry.

The chief executive, Mochamad Syaifullah, emphasized that the Expression Exhibition is not only a place for celebration, but is also oriented towards the sustainability of innovation. He hopes that the works on display will not only stop at the booth, but will continue to develop and have a real impact in the industrial era.
One of the exhibition participants, Diana Atika Nur Alfiyah, said, It is very important that exhibitions like this continue to be held every year. Apart from providing space for students to show creativity, this event is also a medium for introducing the excellence and innovation of communication science study programs and students to the public.
Expression 2025 displays various works including photography, advertising planning, visual communication design, to projects developed through the Independent Study program.
