This session is a space for students to get the opportunity to further study abroad, one of which is.
Through the material "One Step Closer to Teesside University", Ronnie Chai, Assistant Regional Manager (ASEAN) from Teesside University conveyed various programs and campus infrastructure to UNESA students.
He also provided An overview of education in the UK can provide inspiration for developing students' knowledge, skills and freedom of creativity. This activity will also be a useful first step for students in gaining the opportunity to study scholarships at Teesside University.
This activity, which was initiated by the Sub-directorate or Office of International Affairs (KUI) of UNESA, collaborates with the BritCham Education Center as part of efforts to provide information and support to students who aspire to pursue education abroad, especially in the UK.
Head of Sub-Directorate for International Affairs UNESA, Asrori, S.S., M.Pd., in his speech said that the collaboration "There is a strong alignment of values between UNESA and Teesside University, namely in terms of motivating students to discover their respective potential and skills." "Therefore, we bring in various partners so that students can get professional assistance or a direct coaching clinic," he explained.
This event was attended by students from various majors who are interested in continuing their education abroad, with a limited quota of only 50 participants. They were introduced to the various types of scholarships available, including scholarships for internship programs, work placements, and further Master's education programs.
Teesside University provides several study programs in various fields; international business, arts and creative industries, computing, engineering and digital technology, health sciences and life, and the fields of social sciences, as well as humanities-law.
Not only does it provide practical information about the steps that must be taken in seeking and obtaining a scholarship, but it also provides an interactive question and answer session, where participants can asked the speaker directly about various aspects related to studying at Teesside University and the scholarship application process.
The participants were very enthusiastic and active in discussions, showing high interest in expanding their academic scope at an international level.
With the success of this sharing session event, it is hoped that students will be more motivated to pursue study opportunities abroad and take advantage of the various scholarship opportunities available.
