One of the concrete manifestations of these steps was shown through the international accreditation process by ASIIN of three study programs at the Faculty of Engineering, namely Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, and Information Technology Education.
This process begins with a conference with the Asseni Assessor Team (Akkreditiengsagentang Für Studiengengänge Der Ingenieurwissenschaf. UNESA in the 9th Floor Meeting Room, Unesa Rectorate Campus II Tongue Wetan, on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
Bambang Sigit Widodo, Deputy Rector in Research, Innovation, Ren ratings, Publications and Science Center , said that accreditation is one form of recognition of the quality of the implementation of the Tridarma of Higher Education in an institution.
Germany is expected to encourage the quality of the international Unesa Higher Education Tridarma. There are already 16 Unesa Study Programs that are accredited by ASIIIN and three study programs are submitting and entering the visitation stage.
"External Accreditation Standards There are certainly differences, therefore this vision is to see firsthand the curriculum model, facilities, resources, and learning processes in Unesa, especially in three information system study programs, information technology education, and informatics engineering," he said.
The quality of graduates, who can not only compete domestically, but also in the international world.
Dean of FT Unesa, Suparji expressed optimism of the ongoing accreditation process. "We hope that all study programs in FK can immediately achieve international accreditation and implement higher quality standards in learning," he said.
Visitation of the ASIIN assessor team is scheduled to last for two days. The first day begins with the conference session, followed by the next day with a direct review of academic facilities including laboratories.
Kooprodi S-1 Informatics Engineering, Paramitha Nerisafitra explained that this evaluation is a momentum to perfect the curriculum in accordance with international standards. he said.
Similarly, Koorprodi Information System, I Kadek Dwi Nuryana said that international accreditation is a long -term strategy to increase the competitiveness of the study program.
"With international recognition, we hope to reach students from abroad and strengthen cross -country collaboration," he said. From all study programs to obtain international accreditation.
