Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA-As a step for the State University of Surabaya (UNESA) to become a Legal Entity Higher Education (PTN-BH), a number of innovations have been made, including improving public services in order to make information disclosure more transparent, accountable, fast and accurate. This commitment is realized by participating in the Monitoring and Evaluation of Public Agency Information Disclosure in 2021 which will be held online on Wednesday, October 13, 2021.
The assessment team consisted of three, namely 1) Hendra J Kede, Deputy Chairman of the Central Information Commission, 2) Waffa Patria Umma, Commissioner for Advocacy, Socialization and Education of the Central Information Commission and 3) Paulus Widiyanto as observer and practitioner of public broadcasting media. On that occasion, together with the University of Lampung, Andalas University, Sumatra Institute of Technology and Lambung Mangkurat University, UNESA presented public service innovations.

This innovation is a manifestation of UNESA's commitment as a disability-friendly campus.
