Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA-The Department of Planning and Cooperation and UPT Public Relations of Surabaya State University (UNESA) warmly welcomed the visit of the Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) team, Universitas Brawijaya in the Meeting Room, 8th Floor, Rectorate Building, Lidah Wetan Campus, on Thursday (8/112 /2022).
The delegation from Malang was directly led by Zulfaidah Penata Gama, S.Sc., M.Sc., Ph.D., as the Executive Coordinator, PPID UB. He said that the visit was in order to strengthen the friendship that has been very well established between UNESA and UB so far.
In addition, to jointly discuss many things about strengthening PPID and ULT (Integrated Service Unit) institutions both at UNESA and UB.

“This time I brought a lot of teams. We want to continue to learn and explore many things from our PPID management friends at various institutions, including UNESA. So that every year we get new knowledge, new experiences and new innovations. This is very important. We can share and discuss what is in UB and UNESA together," he said.
He continued, UB has its own way of handling power requests and complaints. In the section called UB-Care, they have around 52 operators spread across all faculties and work units. This is their way of managing complaints, criticisms and suggestions so they don't go wild outside or on social media.

UNESA Deputy Chancellor for Planning and Cooperation, Dr. Sujarwanto, M.Pd., said that campuses, especially like UNESA, which are already PTN BH, cannot be complacent. The human resources must continue to be upgraded so that the method and system of service management are more effective and of higher quality.
"We have learned many things from UB, because one of our references in managing PPID is UB. It is an honor that this time we are visited by UB, which of course we have to use to gain a lot of experience," said Sujarwanto.
At the meeting, speakers from PPID UB and Public Relations of Unesa discussed PPID and ULT, including strategies that could be used in the future so that the tertiary service system would be more effective and innovative.
