Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA–Students of Information Systems, Faculty of Engineering, UNESA class 2019 ended the Entrepreneurship course program in a different way. They presented a variety of technology-based products in the 'Technopreneur Webinar' on Wednesday, December 29, 2021.
One of the products produced is the “Mampir Ngopie” application designed by Dicky Alnazarul and his team. This application aims to make it easier for coffee lovers to enjoy coffee in a simple and hassle-free way. Reservations can be made through the website or application. The presence of “Mampir Ngopie” also creates job opportunities for the surrounding community.
A UNESA lecturer, Setya Cendra Wibawa, S.Pd., M.T., MCE, stated that the webinar was an opportunity for students to apply all aspects they learned during college, whether it was producing a service or product that was ready to sell and ready to compete in the market. "This webinar also produced many articles and applications that will later be submitted as IPRs," he said.
Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs, Faculty of Engineering, UNESA, Dr. Edy Sulistyo, M.Pd., gave directions to students to always pay attention to the technopreneurs they have and how to fill them. Starting from development and accompanied by a demonstration of the business plan through the technology used to produce a product.
Products produced by individuals or products resulting from a collaboration are very useful for students to prepare themselves before entering the world of business, work or industry.
On that occasion, the speakers brought material as well as showcased the ideas and results of the products they produced. These include applications that help in determining food or drink, life style and fashion, technology, typing services or work assignments, graphic design services, ornamental plant care, buying and selling ornamental fish, wedding organizers, and tours & travels. These products already have their own website and application system, making it easier for customers to reach their products. [UNESA PR]
