Head of BPSDM, Prof. Dr. Luthfiyah Nurlaela, M.Pd., revealed that after the Village RPL was implemented in collaboration with the Bojonegoro Regency Government with UNESA and UNY, his party was planning an RPL program for ASN in the regions. "This plan is still being discussed, the clear goal is to improve the competence of ASN in the regions. We give them the opportunity to continue their studies through this RPL program,” he explained.
He hopes that the plan can run as expected and of course also needs support from many parties. "This plan is of course discussed and synergized with several campuses, including UNESA and UNY which are currently running RPL Desa," he said.
Meanwhile, the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Prof. Profile. Dr. Bambang Yulianto, M.Pd., said that UNESA fully supports programs to improve the quality of human resources in villages and regions, one of which is RPL for both village human resources and ASN. According to him, to build and advance the village must be based on the spirit of collaboration.
"To improve the quality of the village, of course, by improving the quality of its human resources. Well, in realizing the quality of human resources, we already have many schemes. There is a regular scheme, meaning that there is a study with a general scheme and there is a past learning recognition scheme (RPL)," he explained.
