Through various programs including Bidikmisi, UNESA Islamic Boarding School and UNESA International Scholarship, he believes he can provide opportunities for the best sons and daughters of the country to access or continue quality education both at home and abroad.

The English Access Microsholarship Program 2020-2022, he continued, is an English language and American culture training program for high school students or equivalent in the Surabaya area. The hope of this program is that it can produce a superior generation and provide many opportunities for students in Surabaya to experience international education.
