In entering the world of work, as much as possible with an attitude of optimism. How can that be done? First, consider work or activity as part of worship and to bring benefits to others by providing the best solution. Second, ready to adapt and always prepare for various changes and disruptions. This century demands a balance between competence and character.

Millions of Jobs Lost, Millions of Opportunities Appear
He explained that the current population of Indonesia is around 261.12 million people. Of that number, about 48.9 percent have bank accounts. There are 130 million people active on social media. Indonesia's internet users reached 143.2 million, and as many as 415.7 million mobile phone numbers. On the one hand, data can be an opportunity, but it can also be a challenge if it is not managed properly.
In current developments, said Ravi, many jobs will be replaced by machines or robots. As a result, many will lose their jobs and lead to unemployment. "We must be aware that artificial intelligence (AI) has entered almost all sectors of work that we are after, such as business, health, automotive, and others," he explained. "Although AI dominates, the role of humans is completely irreplaceable," he said again.
Master 21st Century Skills
With that condition, he suggested that young people dare to enter and get to know the world or the field of artificial intelligence. He analyzed, in the world of AI, in 2030 there will be around 2.5 million new jobs. However, beyond that there will be around 13.3 million jobs that are at risk of being replaced by machines. “Seeing this challenge, we should not be afraid, instead we must be brave; dare to learn and develop themselves or adapt according to the demands of the times," he said. "Keep learning what is needed in the future and strive for a better future," he said.
