Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA—Surabaya State University (UNESA) warmly welcomes a visit from Palangka Raya University (UPR) in the context of benchmarking Key Performance Indicators (IKU 6) in the field of collaboration on Wednesday, August 28 2024 at the Campus Rectorate Building 2 Tongue Wetan.
UPR Deputy Chancellor for Academic Affairs, Natalina Asi, said that her goal with the group was to visit UNESA to learn more deeply about IKU 6 which concerns the field of cooperation. "We also found that UNESA previously won IKU 6 from the Directorate General of Higher Education, Research and Technology (Ditjen Diktiristek)," he said.
Welcoming the arrival of UPR, the Deputy Chancellor for Planning, Development, Work Same, and Unesa Information and Communication Technology, Martadi, said that this activity was very important for the two higher education institutions to share information with each other.
"Hopefully we can share what each other's strengths are "-each of which can later be implemented on their respective campuses," he said.
Head of the Subdirectorate of Domestic Cooperation, Beni Setiawan, S.Pd., M.Pd., Ph.D., gave in-depth explanation of various aspects in planning the development of information, communication and cooperation systems at Surabaya State University (UNESA).
In his explanation, Beni explained the scope of cooperation between companies and study programs at UNESA. This collaboration involves various criteria for the companies involved, including multinational companies that meet high standards and have global technology.
Other criteria mentioned are technology startups, world-class non-profit organizations, institutions multilateral, universities that are in the QS200, as well as government agencies both central and regional.
Beni also added that hospitals, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), as well as government, private and international institutions are also included within the scope of this collaboration. He emphasized the importance of having clear achievement targets in every collaboration.
As a State University with Legal Entity (PTN-BH), added Beni, UNESA has prepared a long-term plan for the period 2023 to 2027 with the aim of improving its ranking. IKU 6. This plan is considered crucial to achieve the targets set and ensure significant progress in collaboration and academic achievement.[]
