Unesa.ac.is, Surabaya – Unesa FC won 2–1 in a friendly match against Bhayangkara Semeru on Wednesday (7/4). The match was held at The East Java Police Stadium surabaya was held in the afternoon with a duration of 2x30 minutes.
In this match, also participated in the Vice Rector for Planning and Cooperation Unesa, Dr. Sujarwanto, M.Pd., Karo SDM Kombes Pol Andi Syaiful Taufik and Sidoarjo Police Chief, Kombes Sumardji. Moreover, the team from Unesa FC is dominated by players who had participated in a friendly match with UNS Surakarta some time ago.
In the first half, Unesa FC managed to beat the home team with a score of 1-0. In the second half, Bhayangkara Semeru's team was able to equalize. However, Unesa again excelled towards the end of the match, resulting in a 2–1 win for Unesa FC.
Chairman of Unesa FC, David Agus Prianto, S.Pd., M.Pd., explained that the friendly match was in the framework of the pioneering cooperation and socialization of scholarships in Unesa.
"This fun football concept match is also to maintain silahturahmi and strengthen cooperation with police agencies in East Java," added The Captain of Unesa FC Team.
The match against the police team was the final match played by Unesa FC before the month of Ramadan began. (Suryo)
