Unesa.ac.id, Surabaya– In order to minimize the spread of Covid-19 in the community, the Kolatmapta Pramuka UNESA division held a social service in Claket, Pacet District, Mojokerto Regency, East Java.
The social action of unesa scout team this time is almost similar to that of the ambassadors of behavior change, namely handing out free masks to residents and visitors of Pacet hot spring.
In addition, conduct education and socialization of health protocols or the importance of 3M (wearing masks, keeping distance, and washing hands) to the community. This is done because the level of compliance with the prokes in the community is still low. "We also immediately reprimand those who do not wear masks and give free masks, which are not really masks were reprimanded," said Public Relations Scout Unesa.
The social service is part of a series of routine activities of the work program of the Board of Kolatmapta Pramuka Unesa Units. In the activity, they also held a member training that aims to apply the material that has been received during basic education and increase the love of nature.
The activity is carried out while complying with the prokes. Members who participate in the activity are required to wear masks, bring their own hand sanitizer and hand soap for regular use and maintain distance during activities. To know the condition of the body, participants are also required to show a health certificate from the hospital or puskesmas two days before the activity.
The series of training and social service agendas provide a separate experience for members. Despite the pandemic, conscience must continue to be honed and reformed into real action for society. Scouts must be ready to intervene, and always adapt and responsive. (zam/pramukaunesa)
