Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA-Officials are required to fill out the State Administrators Wealth Report (LHKPN). Therefore, yesterday (Wednesday, March 30, 2022) officials at the State University of Surabaya (UNESA) filled out the report via e-LHKPN who was directly accompanied by the Inspectorate General (Intjen) team of the Ministry of Education and Technology in the PPTI Training Center Room, 4th Floor, Rectorate Building, Wetan Tongue Campus, Surabaya.
"Considering that it is nearing the end of the reporting day, we are assigned to accompany the officials here (UNESA, ed)," said Safrina A.W., one of the admins.
Furthermore, Safrina also explained that this kind of assistance is not only carried out in universities, but also in all work units under the auspices of the Ministry of Education and Culture. "This kind of activity is actually the routine agenda of the Inspectorate General. So, we have one of the tasks of monitoring the reporting of assets," he explained.
In addition to assistance, his party also conducted socialization related to filling out LHKPN. In its implementation, the Inspectorate General of the Ministry of Education and Technology also has admins who have been provided in each unit. So that socialization can be carried out by the appointed admin.
"We will continue to carry out re-socialization if needed. Usually those who ask for re-socialization are units that have a large percentage of new reporting requirements or there are names that have just served," he explained.
Filling out the LHKPN itself is expected to be an effort to prevent corruption, collusion and nepotism (KKN) practices, prevent abuse of authority, as well as a form of transparency and strengthening integrity.
