Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA-Many schools expect their students to continue their studies to higher education. For this reason, to motivate students, many schools make visits to various campuses. This strategy is also carried out by SMA Hang Tuah 5 Sidoarjo. They paid a visit to Surabaya State University (UNESA) on Tuesday, December 13 2022.
The group of 86 cadets and cadets accompanied by accompanying teachers was warmly welcomed by the Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Admission Unit, BAKPK Academic Working Group and Unesa Public Relations Unit at the 3rd Floor Auditorium, Building D1, FMIPA, UNESA Ketintang Campus. “Thank you for the welcome from UNESA. Hopefully with this visit the students will receive information as a provision for them to continue their education in tertiary institutions later," said Doddy Susanto, Deputy Head of Public Relations at SMA Hang Tuah 5 Sidoarjo.

On the same day, it was the turn of MAN 2 Banyumas to visit and be received by the Admission Unit team, BAKPK Academic Working Group and UPT Public Relations at the Lidah Wetan Campus, Surabaya. Fahmi Afif as Deputy Head of Student Affairs at MAN 2 Banyumas said that this visit was to dig up a lot of information about study programs and entrance routes for state universities at UNESA.

Muh. Ariffudin Islami, S.Sn., M.Sn. The Head of the Division of Data and Information Services, UPT Humas UNESA conveyed information about the faculties and study programs owned by UNESA. While the entrance to PTN was conveyed by the Secretary of the UNESA Admission Unit, Ainur Rifqi M.Pd. There are three entry points for UNESA, namely SNBP, SNBT and Mandiri. "For the SNBP line at UNESA, they will receive 20% of the capacity, 30% for the SNBT line, and 50% for the Mandiri line, while information on capacity can be seen again on the official UNESA website," he said.
