Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA-Welcoming the change in status to PTN-BH, UNESA prepares competent human resources (HR) through a series of selections. Of the hundreds of participants who registered as permanent lecturers and non-permanent non-civil servants (DTN and TKTT), only a few were accepted.
Participants who have passed the briefing, the submission of the Rector's Decree and the signing of the work agreement on the 6th Floor of the Rectorate Building, LIdah Wetan Campus, Surabaya on Monday, July 18, 2022.
The event was attended directly by the Vice Chancellor for General Affairs and Finance, Suprapto, S.Pd., M.T. and Head of General Affairs and Finance Bureau, Sulaksono, M.H. Both provide direction for DTN and TKTT who will contribute to the progress of UNESA.
In addition, it was also attended by the Deputy Director II of Postgraduate, Deputy Director II of the Vocational Program, the ranks of deputy deans for General Affairs and Finance within UNESA, chairman of LPPM, chairman of LPPP, head of UPT Library, head of UPT Public Relations, Plt. Head of UPT. Language Center, and head of ULP and head of PPTI.
DTN is divided into a number of formations in several faculties. Faculty of Education 3 people, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences 12 people, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law 5 people, Faculty of Engineering 1 person, and Faculty of Economics and Business 4 people.

The Head of the General and Finance Bureau, Sulaksono, M.H., conveyed a report that UNESA was accelerating the acceleration in terms of human resources to support the campus one step ahead towards PTN-BH. The quota that was opened was 80 and filled with 62 people, with details of 25 DTN and 38 TKTT. TKTT comes from expertise in finance, taxation, IT and programming.
Suprapto, S.Pd., M.T explained that the challenge ahead is that UNESA must be able to maintain the various achievements that have been achieved recently. In the last 4 years, UNESA's achievements have been extraordinary, both nationally and internationally. The national scale won the BLU league and entered a number of world university rankings.
Achieving achievements is challenging, but maintaining achievements is more challenging. Therefore, commitment is needed to continuously improve performance at all levels. In addition, what needs to be done in the future is the implementation of PTN-BH.
