The best D-3 student degree at the 82nd Unesa graduation was won by students of the Faculty of Engineering. The student named Andriyan Dwi Putranto A.Md. A sense of surprise and happiness pervaded his heart because in doing the final project (TA) there were several obstacles. The busy work of freelance makes it difficult to divide time. Even so this D-3 Information Management student successfully completed TA for 5 months and graduated with a GPA of 3.65 and won cum laude. The idea of making TA starts from looking at the condition of the industry in its native area Sidoarjo Regency which has the potential to cause a fire. While there is only one fire extinguisher so the problem is felt to be urgently addressed. One way is to create a management information system program that can provide information to the fire department to find out the location of the fire and the amount of water needed. Therefore Andriyan carries the title TA Information System for Fire Protection Management in Urban Based on Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 20 / M / 2009 concerning Technical Guidelines for Fire Protection Management in Cities (Case Study of Fire Agencies in Sidoarjo Regency). The hope with this solution can help a little overcome the problem of fire that is rife in 3 districts in Sidoarjo Regency. In the MEA era this Surabaya-born man felt able to compete with the knowledge he gained while studying at Unesa. Every time he has free time Andriyan always visits the laboratory to develop his knowledge. Together with the IC-E community A7.02.02 he organized an event to share knowledge about courses and create commercial programs for his junior. Andriyan advised his junior level especially the Faculty of Engineering students Dont be afraid to try something because with lots of trying we can have a lot of experience too. No matter success or failure the most important thing is the process. At present his busy schedule is interviewing several companies and will continue his studies at one of the universities in Jakarta. (Andini)
