The thesis he took was an educational thesis with the title "Development of Indonesian Anecdotal Textbooks Based on Student Learning Modalities for Class X-2 of SMAN 13 Surabaya Based on 2013 Curriculum". According to him one of the difficult processes of completing a thesis and prototype of a textbook is to seek permission to conduct research in high schools (SMA) in the Surabaya area.
