On this occasion, Te Hung Tsao conveyed the impact of aerobic exercise on moderate-intensity cardiometabolic factors on the performance of heart strength. “Exercise is a recommended non-pharmaceutical drug. Prescription exercise for adults is 150 minutes per week at a moderate intensity.
He continued, a busy lifestyle makes physical activity and exercise time reduced. As well as overweight and obesity so that the unavoidable tendencies such as aging muscle and bone reduction. The exercises that can be done according to Te Hung Tsao are one complete training session. "Exercise walking and exercise using less time for routine can be done with aerobic exercise and resistance training," he explained.
Meanwhile, several studies have compared one fighting exercise with several periods of resistance training regarding women's metabolism and strength performance, especially for older women. Te Hung Tsao designed three experimental groups. One single session (OS), multiple sessions (MS), control group (CON) with 3 non-consecutive training days. OS can be one fight per day, MS three bouts of resistance training per day can be in the morning, midday, or late at night. Meanwhile for CON to maintain a lifestyle.
“Results, multiple periods of resistance training showed improvements in blood lipids and upper body strength performance similar to a single resistance session. However, one bout of resistance training is superior to multiple bouts of resistance training in maximizing strength performance,” he explains.
He also added, if the effect of aerobic exercise on cardiometabolic factors in the form of a similar increase. Compared with the study of acrobatic exercise and the same risk factors are few. “Further research should investigate the comparison between aerobic versus aerobic. Of course, resistance training with a different model," he said. (Madina/zam)
