Afifa successfully completed his studies at the S-1 Mathematics Education Study Program with a GPA of 3.92 and the predicate of praise. He not only loves mathematics since childhood, but also wants to be a teacher who is able to instill student confidence in solving problems, not just conveying the formula.
His favorite of numbers and logic began since the third grade of elementary school and continued to grow to tertiary institutions. Although it had difficulty adjusting in international classes whose all learning used English, especially in speaking skills, Afifa chose not to give up. He remained persistent in learning while teaching private tutoring to hone his skills and finance the needs of college.
He achieved various achievements while becoming a student. He was chosen to enter the leading class of 2021 since the second semester, publishing articles in the journal Sinta 3 mathedunesa , gaining intellectual property rights (IPR) for technology -based learning media works, to write a thesis with important topics about the critical thinking skills of students in solving the numeration of algebraic content.
Contextual, "he explained.
outside of academic affairs, Afifa is also active outside the classroom. He served as deputy chairman of the fields and departments in UKM UKMI, as well as participating in various committees of the Mathematics Olympiad competition at elementary to high school level. He also followed KKN and PLP (Introduction to the School of Schools) to the Surabaya teaching program at SMPN 45 Surabaya.
These experiences opened their eyes to the importance of collaboration, responsibility, and leadership. He learned to mingle with the community, accompanying students, and voiced the spirit of literacy and numeration in the context of the independent curriculum.
In the midst of a busy schedule, Afifa still put education as a priority. He developed a time strategy through daily planning, completed difficult things first, and maintaining consistency in each step.
Support from parents, lecturers, and college friends became the main supporters. "I learned that success is not about values, but also about how to build positive relations and support each other," said the son of the Suroto and Umm Salam couple.
Afifa put great hopes for the younger generation to dare to dream and never give up. "Achievement is not the result of luck alone, but the fruit of hard work, discipline, and perseverance that is continuous. Focus on the process, not only on results," he concluded. []
