For most people the bank is a place to collect money but for the daughters of the couple Hadi Prahoro and Trisnawati the bank is a place to collect data. If someone else comes to the bank with a pile of money that is ready to be saved the best peak of the Faculty of Economics (FE) is not the case. Every time he goes to the bank he brings a stack of research papers. Imagine he had to go to 23 banks to save data. Yes thats the story of the struggle of the best GPA-winning student at the youngest faculty in Unesa. This unique experience is a consequence of the thesis title he made namely "The Effect of Office Spatial Planning on Employee Work Productivity (Study of Front Office Employees in All Fostered Offices of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia Surabaya Branch Jemursari)". According to his observations BRIs office space layout is inadequate but why is BRI able to become the bank that can contribute the largest investment to the country when compared to other banks. For this reason he intends to further examine the work productivity of employees associated with the spatial planning of his office and it turns out that the results of the study mentioned that the main factor that was most supportive in the success of bank investment was his sincere service. He added that sincerity will have an impact on consumer loyalty going forward. " The trip while working on the thesis has its own story. For me the most impressive thing was when I had to go to 23 BRI office units. I have to go to all of them. Not infrequently the bank office refused with various reasons " vent. " So I have to be patient with it all " he added. For his persistent struggle in completing his thesis and academic achievements that he had saved since the beginning of the semester now at the end of his studies he was named a graduate with the best grade point average (GPA) at FE Unesa. He is Mutiara Hadi Pancorowati a student of the Office Administration Department who received a GPA of 3.74 and will graduate on October 14 2013 at GOR Bima Unesa Campus Lidah Wetan Surabaya.
