Unesa.ac.id, Surabaya – Universitas Negeri Surabaya (Unesa) fully supports the Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) policy launched by the Minister of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia, one of which is by implementing the KKN-MBKM program for S-1 students majoring in Unesa Management class of 2018.
In order to succeed the KKN-MBKM, the Unesa Management department held a workshop with the theme Business Feasibility Study on February 8-9, 2021. The first workshop was attended by Dr. Agus Hariyanto, M.Kes. as Vice Rector for Student affairs and Alumni, Dr. Anang Kistyanto, S.Sos., M.Si. as dean of Faculty of Economics and Dr. Ulil Hartono, S.E., M.Si., head of S-1 Management department. In addition, it was also attended by lecturers and students who took kkn-MBKM courses.
"With this event, we provide kkn-mbkm briefing for students before they jump into the field," said Ulil Hartono. All courses programmed by S-1 Management students of the 2018 class are integrated into KKN-MBKM (except computer practice courses). There are 20 sks including kkn courses.
In the marketing concentration, the Management department integrates courses in Business Communication Practices, Risk Management, Business Feasibility Studies, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Communications, and Service Marketing courses into the KKN-MBKM program.
Then for the concentration of Finance, the courses integrated into the KKN MBKM are, Business Communication Practices, Risk Management, Business Feasibility Study, Advanced Financial Management, Financial Report Analysis, and financial institution and capital market courses.
Meanwhile, human resources concentration integrates business communication practice, risk management, business feasibility study, HR planning, training management, and GLOBAL MSDM courses into the KKN program.
In its implementation, students are authorized to determine for themselves the location of kkn existing business units owned by villages or groups such as Bumdes, and Farmer Group Businesses. The number of students for one location consists of nine people, three students each from three concentrations.
The workshop instead of the lecture was not done once, but many times. The theme of Risk Management was held on 10-11 February 2021. Then the theme of Business Communication Practice was held on February 12, 2021, and a special workshop on concentration courses was held on February 15-20, 2021. (Hasna/yam/Humas_Unesa)
