Unesa.ac.id, Surabaya - Unesa held gathering for the introduction to the New Official Of The Head of General and Financial Bureau on Tuesday (1/12) in the Auditorium on the 11th floor, Rectorate Unesa Building, Lidah Wetan by implemented health protocols. This event was held to introduce the Head of General Bureau and Finance Dr. Sulaksono, S.H., M.H. who replaces Drs. Budiarso S.H., M.M. that entered retirement.
Also Vice Rector for Academic Affairs Prof. Dr. Bambang Yulianto, M.Pd., Vice Rector for General Affairs and Finance Suprapto, S.Pd., M.T., Vice Rector for Student Affairs and Alumni Dr. Agus Hariyanto, M.Kes., Vice Rector for Planning and Cooperation. Sujarwanto, M.Pd., Head of BAKPK Bureau, Head of Section, and Head of Sub-Section of Unesa came to this event.
Vice Rector for General Secretary and Finance Suprapto, S.Pd., M.T. said that in the selection process the new Head of General and Financial Bureau had been stalled for 2 months due to the pandemic. After the pandemic began to subside the selection process resumed. There were 5 applicants but the selection committee set 3 who were recommended by the ministry and then being selected as the new official of the Bureau chief.
Futhermore, Suprapto give some advice to the new Head of General and Financial Bureau to create more orderly system so that it can accommodate all. With the hope that the career level of unesa academic community both lecturers and education personnel can get more escorts.
"We hope that in the future the information system that we have can be integrated. Also will be related to the databases. In the future Unesa database will be all in one, so that all data can be synchronized properly" he said.
Drs. Budiarso S.H., M.M. in his speech expressed his gratitude for being able to complete his duties at State University of Surabaya for approximately in 40 years. During his service, Budiarso always emphasized to all education personnel that work is about love the work in accordance with the field that has been given. With this many goals that can be achieved and realized.
"I would like to thank the vice rectors, Head of Sub-District, and Unesa. Thank you for everything. I am sorry if I have mistakes" said Budiarso. (mufti)
