That's what was done through Focus Group Discussion (FGD) together with the Education and Culture Attache (Atdikbud) of the Indonesian Embassy in Beijing, in the 804 room, the Unesa Rectorate Building on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.
This meeting discussed collaboration opportunities with institutions education and industry in China or China. Director of International Cooperation Affairs unesa , Asrori explained that this meeting aims to explore various forms of concrete cooperation.

"We have a Mandarin language learning program, which can later support students for internships or work in Chinese companies," he said. If the plan is realized, UNESA graduates will not only be ready to work in Indonesia, but also in the Asia Pacific region.
Attache of Education and Culture of the Indonesian Embassy in Beijing , Yudil Chatim also explained a number of opportunities for cooperation, especially in the field of artificial intelligence or AI. One of the discussed is Senstime, a Chinese AI company which is currently the main competitor in the global industry.
"Sensime has Ethics technology that can detect Deep Fake or fake content. AI regulations in China are also tighter than other countries, including in the ethical regulation of their use, "he explained.
In addition, Yudil also highlighted the cooperation of UNESA potential with China Mobile and others.
"We also discuss the problem of internet access in remote areas. China Mobile has a digital platform called Migu, which already has more than 1 billion users. This can be a great opportunity for Unesa to establish collaboration, "he added.
Further, this discussion also highlighted how China planned its success in the long run. "China built the largest dam in the world in Hubei as proof of their seriousness in strategic planning," he said
he emphasized the importance of the academic, business, government, community, and media (ABGCM) approaches so that all sectors could work together. < /P>
"Cooperation does not always have to be to the center, but can start from the provincial level. China has an office of foreign affairs in each province, which facilitates collaboration, "he added.
In the future, cooperation between Unesa and institutions in China is expected to increase the competitiveness of students at the global level. And the plan that is being discussed is to make UNESA the center of the competency and certification of labor that is recognized internationally. [*]
