Third, the strengthening and development of basic competencies based on initial examinations carried out, which includes basic competencies of the academic language, mathematics, and digital literacy.
Fourth, strengthening discipline to form new habits or students' character. "Students live in the dormitory, get uniforms and school supplies, and eat free 3 times a day and snacks 2 times a day. They also later get digital learning support," he said.
He added, people's school students are expected to have three main competencies; Smart, character, and skilled. "UNESA is ready to support and realize the profile of people's school graduates," he said.
Character Development
The people in Surabaya are designed differently from public schools, especially in terms of student development and lifestyle approaches.
In addition to following the academic curriculum similar to regular schools, students live in dormitories, undergo a structured daily schedule, and their characters are formed through discipline, empathy, tolerance, and togetherness.
Every day they follow the program to strengthen religious and character values through mandatory activities such as worship, exercise, to eating together. "Practicing discipline and a sense of tolerance between friends is one of the main advantages in people's schools," he said.

"When I graduated, the plan will continue to study at the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) Unesa, because my ideals who want to become a Bitcoin and professional trader in the stock market," he said.
