IsDB and Belmawa teams review development projects at UNESA.

SURABAYA–Islamic Development Bank or IsDB together with the Directorate of Student and Alumni Affairs (Belmawa) visited the Project Completion Mission at the Faculty of Engineering (FT) and Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences (FMIPA), Campus I UNESA Ketintang, on Tuesday, 20 August 2024.< /p>
Nidia Viska, project coordinator for the IsDB regional hub in Indonesia, said that the purpose of this visit was to find out the success of the building construction project that they funded for UNESA.
He hopes that by carrying out PCR in the Science Laboratory and Entrepreneurship Laboratory, which were completed around 4 years ago, there will be a sustainable impact for the university, such as a financial impact for example.
"The successful implementation of this project is the basis for us to once again support development projects proposed by UNESA in the future," he said.

Ace Tatang Hidayat, from Belmawa, said that UNESA was one of six other universities that was always at the forefront while this project was being implemented.
"We want to see how far UNESA has developed after this project is completed. So after the project, to what extent will the impact and benefits be felt by the university," he said.

The intended use includes buildings, tools and facilities that were already available when this project was implemented. The ministry, he continued, as the executive agency in Belmawa hopes that UNESA as PTN-BH can develop other sources of funding for campus progress with the slogan One Step Ahead.
"There are many sources of funding that can be developed through ministries or "Other collaborations. What is important is that UNESA can continue to improve the quality of its services and learning facilities for campus progress," he stressed.
This review was carried out in almost all Science Laboratories and Entrepreneurship Laboratories. These include Biology, Chemistry, micro teaching, fashion, salon, cafeteria and robotics laboratories.[]
