Life must be beneficial to others. That is part of the life principle of Ramon Sinkiriwang Putrama M.Pd. the best graduate of the S-2 University of Surabaya. This is not as easy as turning his hands he is from the teachers family but at first he was not interested in becoming a teacher. Parental advice has stepped foot to become a teacher. "I am a civil servant teacher teaching elementary schools since 2008 after successfully taking the Elementary School Teacher Education Level Two Diploma (D-II) at Bengkulu State University (UNIB) in December 2007" said the man who obtained a GPA of 3.92. His thesis examines the impact of the use of the Predict Observe Explain (POE) strategy and PhET simulation media on the reduction of the IPP misconception profile to the electrical material that is often experienced by elementary school students. POE strategy is a learning strategy that starts with making predictions in accordance with students initial knowledge then continues with the second stage namely students prove the predictions that have been made through experiments that are designed so that they can cause cognitive conflict and can be done by students themselves. The last stage students were asked to compare predictions made with the scientific facts they found when conducting experiments students were also asked to explain why their predictions might be right or had been wrong. The obstacle that I faced in the thesis especially on the implementation of the research occurred at the stage of introducing PhET simulation media. Many of my fellow teachers especially in the area I work (Kepahiang Regency Bengkulu) do not know PhET simulation media especially to use the media in learning. Teachers are first introduced to how to obtain PhET simulation media how to install how to use and apply them in learning explained the 2013 Graduate School of Graduate Education at the State University of Surabaya. The experience of PKM in East Belitung gave us a picture of the students at the time that Unesa had at least been able to become a magnet for the teachers there to continue their higher education. Participant responses consisting of elementary school teachers school principals and school supervisors and related agencies were very enthusiastic about receiving material discussing and sharing teaching experiences both from the accompanying lecturers and students. He advised our colleagues especially in the Department of Basic Education that we have completed our education and received a new degree and the rights that we can obtain. Apply the knowledge gained starting from the smallest of our own class so that future generations have a procedural mindset and not fickle in making decisions. Continue to develop a career and keep learning and learning at least repeat what we have learned. We have just begun this struggle I am waiting for good news from all my friends concluded the man from Kepahiang Bengkulu Regency. (Rudi)
