Surabaya - Siti Mutmainah raises her hopes to become a teacher when studying at the S-1 Teacher Education at PAUD Semarang State University (Unnes). This Wara from Wonosobo had to leave her father and mother who worked as farmers in her village. Now after attending school for 6 years with a bachelors education serving by attending SM-3T and training in the PPG program Siti can "go back to the village build the village" as a certified professional teacher with the highest score of 95.3. The struggle taken by graduates born on February 6 1989 to take the title is not easy. The hardest thing for him was when he got the blessing from his parents to serve in the 3T area. His parents were not willing to let go of Sitis service especially with the skewed news about the SM-3T. Luckily his village neighbor named Tari who was the first batch of SM-3T alumnus helped him.
Finally after being convinced that SM-3T is not that bad his father and mother want to release Siti to serve in Tuna Village Mempawang Hulu District Landak Regency West Kalimantan. "I reassure parents that this SM-3T is noble because of the duty of the state" he recalled. The statement turned out to be true when the woman who always appeared in the veil arrived at the location. The kindergarten where he teaches is in poor condition. Unlike most kindergartens in big cities in Java the school where he serves does not consist of colorful chairs educational props and picture walls. In fact the walls of the school are perforated and most children there study only with outdated books. In addition there he must arouse the enthusiasm of village children most of whom do not want to go to school because they think that school is not fun. However with hard work and patience through his teaching method which relies on many games to picking up and dropping off his students every day Siti is able to maintain as many as 16 of her students to be enthusiastic about going to school.
"Im happy finally the kids want to be excited about studying. "I was up to being lured (retained) so I wouldnt go home the story.
However no matter what Siti still has to go home to continue her studies at the Teacher Professional Development Program (P3G) at Surabaya State University. During the PPG program until finally graduating at the P3G Yudisium on Saturday (2/20/2016) the daughter of the Central Java region claimed to be happy with her achievement of getting the highest score.
