Prof. Nurhasan, M.Kes., revealed that the training was not only done once. However, in the future similar training will also be held for lecturers, Kajur and Head of Study Programs around UNESA.
"This mindset change is important, not only so that we understand the demands of PTN BH, but also to be able to translate PTN BH into the realm of creation and innovation," he said. "Being a PTN BH means that our level of service to the community and nation should not be played with," he concluded.
In this training, participants will get several things through facilitators and speakers from John Robert Powers, including Building Positive Service Attitude by Toninardi, Interpersonal Skills by Sherly Tanoto and various other materials.
