unesa.ac.id. href = "// psychology.unesa.ac.id/"> Faculty of Psychology (FPSI) , Una University of Surabaya (Unesa) in collaboration with TVRI and Kolokium.co.id held a Talkshow titled 'Munio' in the FPSI Auditorium, UNESA Campus 2 of the tongue of Wetan, on Saturday, April 26, 2025.
The activity with the theme 'Building the Mental Resilience of the Gen Z To face Challenges Towards Indonesia Emas 2045' was attended by a number of speakers consisting of; Ilham Nur Alfian, M.Psi., Psychologist, Chair of the East Java HIMPSI Council; Dr. Ferry Wirawan Tedja, M.Sc.Psi, Chair of the East Java Organization Industry Psychology Association.
In addition, Emil Arfiza, S.Psi., Head of Human Resources and General Affairs ; and Dean of FPSI unesa , Dr. Diana Rahmasari, S.Psi., M.Sc., Psychologist, also as a resource. They were accompanied by Airlangga University Communication Expert, Suko Widodo as a moderator.
Dean of FPSI Unesa, Diana Rahmasari said, the talkshow or speech title was in order to commemorate the 1st Dies Natalis Faculty of Psychology UNESA. The goal is to build the mental resilience of the younger generation, especially Gen-Z in facing the current and future challenges.
"As we know that many young people who do self-harm or hurt themselves intentionally. This is related to their mental conditions which of course we must strengthen," he said. Accustomed to proceeding, including in the process of solving life problems.
The impact is certainly in mental conditions. For this reason, mental strengthening is needed in the problem solving process. "Anything online is a quick need to get, the mindset is instant so that it survives the process at the time of solving the problem which actually needs to be strengthened," he said.
