Unesa.ac.id Surabaya - Thousands of participants took part in the peak activity of the Millennial Road Safety Festival (MRSF) held by the East Java Regional Police in Suramadu Bridge (17/03).
There were enthusiastic participants who had packed the Suramadu Bridge area from the Surabaya side to the Madura side. The peak of MRSF which is held at 6:00 a.m. 11.00 and followed by a number of approximately 850 thousand students and people throughout East Java also managed to hit 3 records of the jury at once. The muri record includes the spread of the 5400m flag carried by students from East Java the appearance of 1000 Gandrung Banyuwangi dancers performed by students and 2000 fishing boats performing attractions in the sea area around the Suramadu Bridge. The event was also enlivened by Via Vallen NDX and the distribution of door prizes with the grand prize of a car unit.
Police Chief Inspector General Luki Hermawan claimed to be proud of the Surabaya community who participated in the event. In addition Luki also thanked the East Java Governor for providing support so that this event could be carried out well.
Besides that Luki also advised hopefully in the future the people of East Java will always maintain the safety of driving by always obey traffic rules especially for millennials.
I & rsquo; anatus Sholihah one of 100 Unesa students who took part in the event was also impressed with the MRSF concept. However there are still some things that still need to be considered by the committee especially for public facilities such as toilets and trash bins. (
