unesa.ac.id. (Dwp) SURABAYA STATE UNIVERSITY (UNESA) held a workshop 'Making a Recipe for Health Snacks' in the Unesa Rectorate, Campus 2 Tongue Wetan, on Wednesday, June 11, 2025.
Activities under the coordination of DWP Faculty of Engineering (FT) innovative in accordance with the current culinary trend.
Sri Ratnawati, Chairperson of the DWP Faculty of Engineering Unesa explained that this workshop took place thanks to team assistance from a number of parties, one of which was Ita Fatkhur Romadhoni, lecturer of Tata Coga Unesa.
"Initially we planned to hold a direct practice session, but because of several factors, the material obtained could be practiced at home," he said.
Representing the Chairperson of DWP Unesa, Liknin Nugraheni as Deputy Chairperson of Division III DWP Unesa said that the DWP management actually already has skills in terms of processing food or culinary products.
With this training, it is hoped that there will be reinforcement or more skilled and creative in producing a variety of snacks that are more varied and healthy, so that it is not only suitable to be a snack at home, but also worth selling.
"Making this healthy snack will be very beneficial for mothers, as the main driving motor 'in matters of cooking in the family," he said excitedly.
In the recipe delivery session and how to make, the speaker reveals the secrets behind the dough dough dough that tempts tastes, there are original dimsum, dimsum spring roll tofu, dimsum nori, and dimsum choipan.
The rahsi also lies in the dose of flour but adjusted a maximum of 10% of the total meat so that the results are perfect. This activity is a program of empowerment and creativity of the management and members of DWP Unesa. []
