unesa.ac.id. (Kacabdin) Pacitan Regency and Plt. Head of the Malang Regency Education Office Branch, Indiyah Nurhayati, won a doctorate in the S-3 Study Program Vocational Education SURABAYA STATE UNIVERSITY (UNESA) .
Graduated in three years or six semesters, Indyah Nurhayati revealed that the main challenge during his doctoral study was to divide the time between academic tasks and his responsibilities as structural officials. The ability to think critically, creatively, communicate, and collaborate on the ability of entrepreneurs and teaching factory vocational teachers in East Java.
"Even though Tefa is very important to equip students with industrial experience and skills directly in the school environment," he said.
According to him, one of the main keys in strengthening teaching factory is the competence of vocational teachers. He hopes that the results of his research can be implemented to strengthen teacher competencies in vocational schools. He stressed that TEFA is not just a production unit, but also as a miniature industry in schools. []
