Unesa.ac.id, SURABAYA-The State University of Surabaya (UNESA) discussed the finalization of the risk management report at the Faculty of Education and the Faculty of Economics and Business on Wednesday, May 25, 2022. This is important because it is directly related to the performance assessment of public service agencies (BLU) based on maturity level.
In his speech, Prof. Dr. Leny Yuanita, M. Kes., Head of the Internal Monitoring Unit (SPI) UNESA explained that the maturity of the BLU which is in progress is expected so that every working staff can immediately complete the output of each monitoring review in order to support UNESA towards a Legal Entity State University (PTN). bra).
The stages in the discussion of the finalization of the report are continuous with the risk management process which includes risk identification, risk measurement, risk evaluation, risk response, up to the monitoring and review stages. The existing stages are intended to improve the quality of existing human resources, both in terms of lecturers and students and alumni.
In addition, in the presentation presented by the risk management guide, namely Dr. Lucky Rachmawati, S.E., M.Sc., the discussion of risk management is also related to the risk profile, targets, root causes, risk indicators, risk categories, to risk status. Then there is also the division of work units that function as internal control by monitoring the level of risk, risk probability, risk financial impact, risk score, risk targets to be achieved, risk control, up to the stage of reporting changes in rating or risk status.
The meeting which was attended by the dean and vice dean of FIP & FEB was at the conclusion stage which was delivered by the Head of the UNESA Quality Assurance Unit (SPM), Dr. Widowati Budijastuti, M.Sc., that self-evaluation will be carried out once a year as evidence of supervision of risk management performance.
In addition, it is also necessary to monitor graduate profiles, identify new risks, descriptively report on the actual performance of the implementation, deviations from monitoring review steps, effectiveness or efficiency of monitoring reviews and prepare monitoring review reports every year.
